SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship via courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) using a tracking number. 
Once full payment is received we will ship your item(s). All items are safely packaged with biodegradable materials. We do our best to ensure safe and secure delivery of your items. We will communicate estimated delivery time once the item is shipped. The buyer is responsible for any customs duty, import taxes or fee.

Returns/exchanges are to be communicated within a maximum of 72 hours of receipt of your package and made within 14 business days of receipt of your package upon approval. The item must be returned in its original packaging and conditions via registered insured mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a courier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the purchase costs, shipping charges will not be refunded. In case of damaged items, please get in touch with us within a maximum of 72 hours from delivery of the order and we will work to sort the issue out as quickly as possible. Every claim must be supported with proofs (e.g. photos). 

Be sure to check all packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage directly to the courier before signing for delivery. Make sure it is noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the courier.
